Introduction to Performance (PERF 1000)

PERF 1000 is an introduction to the discipline of performance studies as theory, method, analytical lens, and aesthetic product in various contexts or frames. Performance studies is an interdisciplinary field grounded in communication studies that influences and borrows from theatre studies, anthropology, sociology, art history, and cultural studies.
